Your Responsibilities

  • In cooperation with technicians, suppliers and subcontractors, you will plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance work.

  • You will coordinate service appointments with customers and technicians.

  • In coordination with the purchasing department, you will ensure that technicians are always equipped with the necessary materials.

  • You will create customer invoices, check supplier invoices and handle queries or complaints professionally.

  • Beyond that, you will provide support for projects and quotations, assist with inventories and actively participate in internal coordination and process improvements.

  • You will assist in the administration of service and maintenance contracts and keep contract data up to date in the ERP and ticket system.

Job requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in the commercial sector, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or office communications clerk (m/f/d)

  • First professional experience, e.g. in customer service, contract administration, appointment coordination

  • Very good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken

  • Good MS Office skills and, ideally, initial experience with ERP systems (e.g. Navision)

  • Excellent customer service skills and a service-oriented mindset

  • Ability to work self-directedly and as a team player
