We, primion Technology GmbH, appreciate your interest in our company and our products and services, and we want you to feel secure when visiting our website, also with regard to the protection of your personal data. a) What are personal data
Personal data are details which are assigned to a person and which enable this person to be identified. A collection, processing and use of your personal data takes place when using our contact form and our newsletter.
aa) Contact form

2. Information about your computer, cookies
a) Server log files
When you visit our Internet pages, information is collected and stored in so-called server log files for system-related reasons, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

This data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of specific indications of unlawful use.

c) Career site analytics (Recruitee)
The goal of Recruitee's (recruitee.com) career site analytics is to track career site usage in a privacy-friendly approach without tracking individual users.
The goal is to track general trends in site traffic, not individual visitors. Recruitee does not use cookies, generate persistent identifiers, or collect or store any personal or identifiable information. All data is aggregate data only and does not contain any personal information.

3. Data security
We take appropriate technical security measures to protect the data entrusted to us from loss, destruction, disclosure and access by unauthorized persons and always adapt these measures to technical developments. However, we point out that data transmission over the Internet (eg communication by e-mail) security gaps.
4. Links to Internet pages of third parties
We link to websites of other providers not affiliated with us (third parties). We point out that we have no influence on what data may be collected and processed by these providers when you click on these links. Since the collection and processing of data by third parties is beyond our control, we cannot accept any responsibility for this. 5. Consent, right of revocation and right of objection
Insofar as we use your personal data for a purpose that requires your consent in accordance with the statutory provisions, we will always ask for your express consent and record your consent in accordance with the data protection regulations.
