Job description

We are seeking a strategic 3rd Party Product Management / Portfolio / Proposition Manager (m/f/d) to identify, evaluate, and integrate complementary third-party products into our converged security solutions portfolio. This role requires full-cycle ownership of third-party solution elements—from market scanning and partner selection to onboarding, lifecycle management, and go-to-market execution. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for building and leading an international, multidisciplinary team to develop and manage ecosystem solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market & Partner Scanning:

    • Identify strategic third-party products that complement our converged security solutions.

    • Build and maintain a structured pipeline of potential partners.

    • Conduct feasibility studies and gap analyses.

  • Solution Portfolio Development:

    • Define the strategy for integrating third-party solutions into the company’s product portfolio.

    • Develop business cases and commercialization models.

    • Negotiate agreements with partners.

  • Lifecycle Ownership & Execution:

    • Own the entire lifecycle of third-party product integrations.

    • Work with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and market readiness.

    • Define and track performance metrics to optimize the partner solution portfolio.

    • Build and lead an international, multidisciplinary team to manage and expand the ecosystem solutions.

  • Go-To-Market & Enablement:

    • Develop sales enablement materials, including value propositions and pricing strategies.

    • Train internal teams on new offerings.

    • Collaborate with Marketing to drive awareness and lead generation.

Job requirements

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business informatics or a comparable qualification

  • 5 or more years of Experience in Product Management, Business Development, or Portfolio Management.

  • Background in evaluating, integrating, and managing third-party products or technology partnerships.

  • Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in leading international and multidisciplinary teams.
