From consulting and planning to development, installation, maintenance, and support, a team of over 470 dedicated experts works passionately to meet the highest standards.

As an RTE, you are the engine of your Agile Release Train. Leverage your in-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, especially SAFe, and coordinate, coach and optimize to ensure your team delivers the highest quality solutions in the appropriate cycles. You know how to successfully manage complex projects and combine technical and interpersonal aspects.

Key Responsibilities

  • SAFe principles and methods: Supporting the introduction and continuous improvement of SAFe, promoting agile practices and values in the teams and supporting the scaling of agile principles at program level

  • Value Stream Management: Performing value stream mapping to visualize the flow of value, identify bottlenecks, and eliminate waste in the processes. Monitoring and optimizing the Continuous Delivery Pipeline (CDP) to accelerate delivery and reduce lead time.

  • Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) Contribution: Supporting the alignment of the ART with strategic themes and the Portfolio Vision. Assisting in the prioritization of the Program Backlog and ensuring the ART's work aligns with the portfolio's capacity and investment guardrails.

  • Risk and modification management: Identifying, assessing and minimizing risks and managing changes to plans and requirements

  • Stakeholder management: Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparent communication within ART and promoting an agile and collaborative corporate culture

  • Continuous improvement: Definition and tracking of metrics to measure ART success, identification of lessons learned and implementation of improvement measures

  • Coaching and mentorship: Coaching the teams and the ART to improve agile skills and supporting the Scrum Masters in their role

  • Leading technical decisions: Participate in technical decisions at the program level
