We are looking for a passionate Social Media & Content Manager who brings our brand to life across digital social media channels. Key Responsibilities
Social Media Leadership
Develop and execute a holistic social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and additional relevant platforms.
Plan, manage and optimize all social media activities, including editorial calendars and publishing workflows.
Create and manage content aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, communication concept, trade fairs and events.
Content Creation & Storytelling
Produce engaging, audience-targeted content for social media in German and English. Additional French or Spanish skills are highly valued.
Create a variety of content formats: social posts, blogs, whitepapers, e-mails, others.
Translate complex concepts in the context of the topics “Security, Workforce Management and Access Control” into clear, compelling content.
Analytics & Innovation
Monitor and analyse social media performance to drive continuous improvement.
Stay on top of digital trends, platform developments and emerging content formats.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and content touchpoints.
Define and control social media campaigns and ads.
Collaboration
Work closely with digital marketing, campaign management and communication teams to transform expertise into impactful stories.
Contribute ideas and creative concepts for campaigns and cross-channel initiatives.
Job requirements
Key Qualifications
3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, ideally across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and more.
Industry experience in at least one of the following (mandatory):
Security
Workforce Management
Access Control
Excellent German and English (written and spoken).
Strong understanding of digital communication, audience behaviour and current platform trends.
Proficiency with social media tools and analytics platforms.
Experience creating a wide range of content formats (social, blog, whitepaper, e-mail).
Structured, self-driven, and able to work independently.
Additional Spanish or French language skills welcome.
Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
Experience with Trello, HubSpot and AI tools is a strong plus.
