Your Tasks
- You structure and coordinate the day-to-day business of the management level, both in Germany and at our international locations - you yourself are welcome to work remotely from your home-office.
- Through goal-oriented planning, preparation and follow-up, you ensure the smooth running and high efficiency of (international) appointments and meetings.
- You independently organize and coordinate projects and (online) management events, e.g. trade fair preparations, press appointments or town hall meetings.
- You create evaluations, presentations and bases for decision-making.
- If necessary, you will outsource tasks and coordinate external service providers.
- As an interface for internal and external matters, you will structure and manage correspondence with company partners, representatives of affiliated companies and other business contacts.
Job requirements
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in a commercial profession or a completed Bachelor's degree in business administration
- Several years of professional experience in the field of administrative assistance and in working with several stakeholders, e.g. in office management in a law firm or notary's office
- Skills in project management are beneficial
- Business fluency in written and spoken German and English, as well as ideally proficiency in Spanish
- Confident handling of the MS Office package
- High degree of organizational talent, structured and conscientious way of working, as well as reliability and discretion
