The Senior Enterprise Architect will lead strategic transformation initiatives by developing business-focused enterprise architectures that drive efficiency and revenue growth in Lead-to-Cash processes. This role centers on aligning business objectives with streamlined processes and operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in implementation and organizational transformation, with proven expertise in leveraging Enterprise Architecture tools such as Leanix, Signavio, and similar platforms to facilitate business process improvements, lead and demand generation, and customer-centric strategies.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Architecture & Transformation

    • Develop high-level business architecture strategies that directly support streamlined Lead-to-Cash processes and improved customer engagement, and translate them into actionable transformation roadmaps

    • Effectively use enterprise architecture tools like Leanix, Signavio, or comparable platforms to analyze, model, and optimize business processes

  • Business Process Optimization

    • Lead initiatives aimed at modernizing the revenue lifecycle—from lead generation and demand creation to cash realization—emphasizing process simplification and value creation

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to document current-state processes and design future-state models that foster a customer-centric approach

    • Utilize process modeling and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement, ensuring business processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with market demands

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

    • Act as a bridge between executive leadership, marketing, sales, finance, and customer service teams to ensure that business strategies are effectively executed

    • Facilitate workshops, change management initiatives, and training sessions, explaining complex business transformation strategies in clear, non-technical terms

    • Mentor business leaders and cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

  • Governance & Best Practices

    • Establish governance frameworks focused on business process standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and aligning with the organization’s strategic vision

    • Regularly review business processes and transformation initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and insights from enterprise architecture tools

    • Continually assess emerging business trends and technologies to recommend strategic enhancements

Job requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, MS in Management, or equivalent) is preferred

  • 10+ years of progressive experience with a strong focus on business process transformation (ideally within a TOGAF framework or comparable) and organizational change management within Lead-to-Cash environments and customer-centric business models

  • Strong analytical skills and proven track record of using Enterprise Architecture tools, such as Leanix, Signavio, or similar platforms for business analysis and process optimization

  • Creative problem-solving as well as exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive leadership as well as guide and inspire cross-functional business teams

  • Willingness to travel europe-wide as needed for client engagements, cross-site collaborations, and transformation workshops (about 10%).
