Key Responsibilities
Define service catalog (custom builds, integrations, accelerators, migrations) and qualification rules.
Implement intake, scoping, and estimation standards; stage-gate delivery lifecycle.
Set delivery methodology (Agile/SDLC), architecture guardrails, and reusability policy (accelerators/IP).
P&L: utilization, margin, backlog health, revenue recognition hygiene.
Establish engagement governance with PMO: risk, quality, change control.
Create a global staffing model (onshore/nearshore/offshore); partner & subcontractor strategy.
Ensure secure coding, compliance, and supportability; transition criteria to CS/Support.
Feedback loop to Product for patterns worth productization.
Success Metrics
Services revenue and gross margin vs. plan; utilization %.
On-time/on-budget delivery; CSAT/PSAT per project.
Reuse rate/IP library growth; reduction in bespoke re-builds.
Attach rate to new product deals; time-to-go-live.
% projects transitioned with zero-critical defects and documented runbooks.
Job requirements
Key Qualifications
12–15+ years of leadership experience in Professional Services, Custom Development, or Engineering Services within enterprise software environments
Proven success building and scaling global delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore) with strong financial accountability
Solid enterprise architecture and integration background, able to assess feasibility and guide solution design at scale
Strong commercial and operational mindset, with experience owning services P&L, utilization, and margin
Experience managing partner and subcontractor ecosystems
Deep understanding of secure, compliant delivery in complex or regulated customer environments
Strategic, execution-focused leader with a customer-centric approach
