Inside Sales / Estimator (m/f/d)!

Your Responsibilities

  • You calculate quotations for electrical engineering and software-based projects and ensure that all costs and requirements are met.

  • You review tenders and customer enquiries to determine whether they are technically feasible, what risks exist and whether the project is

    economically viable. In doing so, you determine material, personnel and external costs and compare target and actual figures.

  • You will work closely with purchasing, logistics and suppliers, obtain prices, clarify deadlines and ensure that all information is available on time.

  • You will support the sales management by identifying market trends, observing competitors and identifying new opportunities.

  • You will provide important information for reporting so that the Area Sales Manager receives clear and up-to-date KPIs and evaluations.

  • You will actively contribute to business development by sharing your knowledge and working closely with the sales team.

  • You will maintain all relevant data in the CRM so that leads, quotations and project information remain up-to-date and transparent at all times.

Job requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Completed technical training, e.g. as an electronics technician (m/f/d) or IT specialist (m/f/d), ideally with further training as a technical business administrator/business economist or master craftsman (m/f/d)

  • Several years of professional experience in internal sales or sales support

  • Very good MS Office skills and knowledge of CRM systems; knowledge of GAEB files is an advantage

  • Knowledge of VOB is an advantage

  • Very good analytical skills, structured approach to work

  • Business fluent German and English

  • Very good communication skills
