Your Responsibilities
You actively approach new customers – across all relevant channels – and show them how powerful our solutions for converged security and workforce management are.
You work closely with established customers in a spirit of partnership – maintaining contacts, identifying potential and exploiting it for cross-selling and upselling.
You look after your regional key accounts and keep track of all important developments in regular reviews.
You conduct workshops and discussions with various stakeholders to find out which challenges relating to time management, resource planning, workforce optimisation or security really matter.
You will keep an eye on your sales targets, create reliable forecasts and ensure that our support standards are lived out in everyday life.
You will prepare quotations, accompany tenders and confidently conduct negotiations through to completion.
You will hand over successful projects to the back office and project management, but will remain the contact person for smooth implementation if necessary.
You keep your eyes and ears open in the market, recognise trends early on and actively contribute your ideas to sales planning and the selection of new partners and installers.
Job requirements
Key Qualifications
Proven sales experience: Several years of successful experience in selling software solutions, ideally in the areas of HCM, security or business software
Industry-specific expertise: Solid knowledge in at least one of the areas of time management, workforce optimisation, security or identity and access management (IAM)
Strategic and analytical thinking: Ability to analyse complex business processes and develop compelling solutions that deliver clear economic benefits
Strong communication and negotiation skills: Excellent presentation, persuasion and communication skills at all decision-making levels
Language skills: Business fluent in spoken and written German and English
Willingness to travel: The role requires a certain willingness to travel in order to attend customer appointments on site.
