Project Manager (m/f/d) – Converged Security and Workforce Management!

Main Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the successful implementation of customer projects in the field of Converged Security - from order receipt through to successful commissioning.

  • In this role, you will coordinate the various project stakeholders and ensure smooth collaboration between customers, subcontractors, technicians, and colleagues from Presales Consulting.

  • You will plan and manage budgets, deadlines, resources, and project progress, while keeping customer requirements in mind at all times.

  • Together with the customer, you will analyze technical and organizational requirements and oversee their implementation in hardware and software solutions.

  • You will ensure that business processes and security requirements are optimally mapped in our systems and applications.

  • You coordinate hardware installation by external service providers and plan the subsequent testing, commissioning, and acceptance of the systems by our service technicians.

  • For software-related services, you work closely with our specialists from Presales Consulting and support resource and deployment planning.

  • You identify project risks early on, develop appropriate solutions, and ensure the financially successful execution of your projects.

  • In addition, you organize project meetings, training sessions, and customer acceptance tests, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the entire project.

Job requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Completed technical training, e.g., as an IT systems technician (m/f/d), electronics technician (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d), or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, information technology, security engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.

  • Initial experience in managing technical projects, ideally in the fields of security engineering, IT systems, access control, time and attendance management, or building automation.

  • Technical understanding of both hardware and software solutions.

  • Enthusiasm for integrating technical systems with business processes and translating customer requirements into practical solutions.

  • A structured, independent, and cost-effective approach to work.

  • Experience coordinating various stakeholders, service providers, or project partners is a plus.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Very good command of German and good written and spoken English.

  • Class B driver’s license.
