Freelance Project Manager with experience in HR

For an exciting HR transformation project we are looking for an independent professional who, as Track Lead Time & Attendance, will help give direction, structure and make the operational translation.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager with experience in HR. Someone who is analytically strong, works smoothly with internal and external stakeholders, and always keeps an overview. You are technically savvy enough to bridge processes and systems, and pragmatic enough to get things done.

Thanks to your project management skills, you effortlessly keep the helicopter view: you monitor planning, progress of your track.

What you will do in the Track LeadTime & Attendance role:

• You will work with the payroll experts to map the existing systems, processes and rules and translate them into a future-proof approach.

• You consult with external suppliers on functional requirements.

• You perform analyses yourself and write clear documentation: from analysis to process descriptions and functional documents.

• You elaborate these up to practical work instructions for end users.

• You monitor the quality of documentation built up internally and externally.

• You test the new time registration tool based on scenarios and support UAT testing.

• You guide end users in the adoption of new systems and processes.

• You maintain helicopter overview of timing, progress and coordination with other track leads and stakeholders.

• You ensure smooth progress by monitoring structure, identifying risks and keeping actions focused.

• You monitor that milestones and deadlines are successfully met and take mandate to move decisions forward.

What do you bring:

• Experience as a Project Manager within HR and IT environments.

• Experience and eagerness to record and work on analyses

• Affinity with payroll, time registration or other HR solutions.

• Analytical thinking and a pragmatic approach.

• Strong communication skills and smooth cooperation with both business and IT.

• Experience with change projects or system implementations is a plus.
