As Team Manager, you will play a central role in the realisation of the project - methodically supported by PRINCE2 and in close cooperation with the project management team.

Your Responsibilities
As Team Manager, you will be responsible for planning the assigned work packages and ensuring that they are delivered on time.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, keeping track of all relevant requirements and available resources.
Continuously monitor project progress and report regularly to the project manager on project status, quality and any obstacles.
You will be responsible for managing change requests, solving operational problems within the team and, if necessary, forwarding them to the next escalation level in good time.
Ensure that defined quality standards are met when delivering work packages and that all project activities are implemented correctly.
Job requirements
Key Qualifications
Completed technical studies (e.g. business informatics, computer science) or a comparable qualification (e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d), technical business economist)
Initial experience in project management is an advantage, ideally PRINCE-2
Good knowledge of requirements management in software development
Ideally good database knowledge (Oracle, MS SQL), programming skills and knowledge of how web servers work (e.g. Apache Tomcat IIS, nginx) as well as knowledge of Linux (e.g. SLES, CentOS). e.g. Apache Tomcat IIS, nginx) and knowledge of Linux (e.g. SLES, CentOS)
Fluent in written and spoken German
