DevOps / Platform Engineer (m/f/d)

Build the platform behind the product. As a DevOps / Platform Engineer, you will drive automation, reliability, and cloud operations to ensure our systems remain secure, scalable, and ready for growth.

Ready to take ownership of the infrastructure that powers our platform? Join our team in this fully remote position, offering a 40-hour work week and a salary range of 40.000,00 - 60.000,00 Euro gross per year!

Your Responsibilities

• Build and operate a reliable cloud infrastructure and configuration management ecosystem that supports development, testing, and production environments.

• Automate build, test, and deployment processes to enable fast, secure, and predictable software releases.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines that help engineering teams deliver software efficiently

• Use monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure platform stability, performance, and operational visibility.

• Support platform services, integrations, and event-driven components to keep critical systems running smoothly.

• Implement secure operational practices, including secrets management, and help protect infrastructure, services, and sensitive data.

• Work closely with development teams to continuously improve automation, reliability, and the overall platform experience.

Key Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, alternatively, equivalent professional experience.

• Several years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, or a comparable technical environment

• Experience working with cloud environments, Linux systems, and infrastructure automation using tools such as Azure, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.

• Experience working with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and messaging platforms such as Kafka or similar technologies.

• Strong understanding of automated build, test, and deployment processes, as well as containerized applications using Docker and modern CI/CD solutions.

• Experience in monitoring and operating reliable production systems using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or equivalent solutions.

• Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven approach with a strong focus on reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.

• Strong English skills (C1) in both written and spoken communication.
