As Director Solution Management (m/f/d), you will play a key role in shaping the future of our innovative solutions in the field of Converged Security. Your Responsibilities

• Leadership of an international product management team of 5-8 people

• Definition, planning, implementation and control of medium and long-term strategies and concepts in the area of product management

• Implementation of the product strategy and creation of corresponding roadmaps in coordination with the company management

• Responsibility for the Primion product portfolio over the entire product life cycle

• Definition of market-driven and competitively differentiating product features in the area of Converged Security, in particular software and hardware for building security, access control and workforce management

• Further development of business models based on the Primion product portfolio

• Planning of product realisations and competitive pricing

Key Qualifications

• Degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable specialisation

• Several years of leadership and professional experience in product management of innovative software and hardware products

• Comprehensive knowledge of all processes relevant to the product life cycle

• Experience with agile product development and project management methods

• Ideally industry experience in the area of workforce management/access control systems and ID card technologies

• Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
