As Senior Campaign Manager (m/w/d), you'll orchestrate the entire lifecycle of our marketing campaigns – from strategy development through execution to analysis and optimization. Working closely with Sales and Solution Marketing, you'll create campaigns that generate leads, strengthen customer relationships, and clearly position our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution

    • Develop, plan, and manage integrated B2B marketing campaign roadmaps across digital and traditional channels (email, LinkedIn, paid social, events, webinars, content marketing)

    • Collaborate with SEO/SEM, events, social media, and web teams to ensure seamless cross-channel campaign integration

    • Define target audiences, KPIs, and success metrics for each campaign

    • Build best practices and innovative campaign formats, leveraging modern marketing technologies and AI tools

    • Ensure campaign budgets are managed in accordance with approved parameters and provide consistent progress reports

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

    • Research and identify high-value target accounts

    • Develop growth strategies based on account insights

    • Align marketing activities with ABM strategies and translate plans to the sales team for execution

    • Manage the complete ABM process from account selection through campaign delivery

  • Collaboration & Performance

    • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to align campaigns with customer needs and revenue goals

    • Coordinate with Sales and Solution Management throughout the campaign lifecycle: goal definition, concept development, coordination, implementation, and controlling

    • Analyze campaign results and derive optimization measures to improve performance

    • Manage external service providers (agencies, freelancers) as needed for campaign execution

  • Tools & Technology

    • Leverage modern platforms including Marketing Automation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) solutions, and analytics tools

    • Drive campaigns focused on awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth

Job requirements

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years in B2B marketing, campaign management, or account-based marketing, desirable in B2B, in software- and technology industry

  • Proven expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels (email, LinkedIn, paid social, events, webinars, content)

  • Strong understanding of ABM methodologies and experience managing complete ABM lifecycles from account selection through campaign delivery

  • Demonstrated ability to define target audiences, establish KPIs, and measure campaign performance with a data-driven approach

  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Solution Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align campaigns with revenue goals

  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken) – required

  • Professional proficiency in Spanish, French, or Dutch – desirable

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
