Job description
- You support the time recording and access control of our customers (airports, hospitals, authorities, industries etc.).
- You provide telephone support for customers and colleagues.
- Problem analysis and software updates are part of your daily tasks.
- You perform occasional customer visits for problem analysis, software updates, training, etc.
Job requirements
You bring with you:
- You want a varied job with different technical topics.
- Ideally, you have completed a technical training, e.g. IT system administrator (m/f/d).
- You are willing to work independently.
- You enjoy working in a pleasant, relaxed, but also determined atmosphere.
- Driving license class B or 3
- We also welcome career changers (m/f/d).
Advantageous:
- You have basic technical knowledge and would like to expand it.
- You have basic IT knowledge.
- Databases such as Oracle and SQL are familiar to you.
- Confident handling of the common Microsoft Office applications
- Good English skills
