Job description

  • You support the time recording and access control of our customers (airports, hospitals, authorities, industries etc.).
  • You provide telephone support for customers and colleagues.
  • Problem analysis and software updates are part of your daily tasks.
  • You perform occasional customer visits for problem analysis, software updates, training, etc.

Job requirements

You bring with you:

  • You want a varied job with different technical topics.
  • Ideally, you have completed a technical training, e.g. IT system administrator (m/f/d).
  • You are willing to work independently.
  • You enjoy working in a pleasant, relaxed, but also determined atmosphere.
  • Driving license class B or 3
  • We also welcome career changers (m/f/d).

Advantageous:

  • You have basic technical knowledge and would like to expand it.
  • You have basic IT knowledge.
  • Databases such as Oracle and SQL are familiar to you.
  • Confident handling of the common Microsoft Office applications
  • Good English skills
